Shipping & Transit Delays
Due to the evolving COVID-19 challenge, DOMESTIC SHIPPING CARRIERS have received an influx in shipping volume which may result in short carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIERS have been experiencing significant service restrictions and disruptions, so as of August 2021 we switched all International orders from USPS to DHL. DHL is much better for International orders as most packages arrive in 2-3 days from being shipped!:

Orders placed before 12:00 AM Pacific Time are processed for shipment the following day, regardless of shipment method selected. We typically ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Domestic orders typically take 1-5 days to reach their delivery address depending on how far your address is from our shipping facility in Washington State. We don't offer expedited shipping via UPS Or FedEx at this time.
BulletTrain ships internationally exclusively via DHL ever day. Customary import fees incurred by the importation of products into countries outside the United States are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to customary fees which include all import duties, VATs, tariffs, and brokerage fees. The person importing the product is completely responsible for paying any and all import fees to the carrier when the item is delivered.
If customer refuses to pay above mentioned import fees, the shipment will likely be abandoned in the destination country, and will be destroyed by the carrier or by the Customs agency in respective country. BulletTrain is not liable for international orders which are not received or are mishandled by your country's postal service.
Legally, BulletTrain is required to declare the full retail value, also known as the purchase price, as well as the commercial purpose of product on customs documentation and waybills. BulletTrain will not declare a lower value on any package, only the purchase price paid, and will not designate as a sample or gift. If an item is returned to BulletTrain (RMA REQUIRED), a refund for the price of the product will be credited back to the original method of payment, minus all shipping and handling fees, as well as a 20% restocking fee.
DHL Worldwide: We send all International packages via DHL Worldwide whenever possible. We do this as the average delivery time is 2-3 business days from date of shipment and includes precise tracking every step of the way. This includes shipping to Canada.
USPS First Class International: Delivery times vary depending upon the country shipped to. Typical shipping duration is between 2-6 weeks to most international shipping addresses. Tracking may be updated until package leaves the United States. Once package has left the U.S. no tracking information is available.
An email order confirmation is sent out via email immediately after your order is placed. A second email is generated when your order is shipped. This second email includes your tracking number for orders shipped within the United States, or outside the United States only if sent via UPS or FedEx.
BulletTrain is not able to guarantee order cancellation, or modification to the content or destination of your order after the Order Confirmation email is sent. Please make certain you type your email address correctly!
Shipping, Handling & Tracking
We offer free domestic Standard Delivery Shipping with all BulletTrain orders only. All orders are handled and shipped from our distribution center in Washington State.
Free Standard Delivery Shipping on DOMESTIC ORDERS ship via The United States Postal Service (USPS) and include tracking and delivery confirmation. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS that ship via USPS Priority International mail typically include tracking information until the order leaves the United States. International orders that ship via DHL Worldwide include tracking information.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Accuracy of shipping address (Domestic and International): Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to processing and cannot be changed or canceled. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. BulletTrain is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Why Isn’t My Tracking Information Available?
It can take more than 24 hours from time of shipment for carriers to update tracking information on their respective websites.
The first time a package may be scanned is when it arrives at a regional hub near the shipping destination. This occurs when packages are shipped in bulk. It is possible the carrier will not acknowledge receipt of the package until this first scan. In some situations the carrier may not scan the package before it is delivered.
Packages shipped via USPS Standard International are only tracked while in the United States. Once the package leaves the United States the package is no longer trackable.
Why Has My Package Been Returned To Sender?
There are multiple reasons a package may be returned to our shipping facility as being undeliverable:
• Incorrect Shipping Address: All Shipping information including name and address MUST be in English characters. If characters are not in English characters it can significantly delay the processesing of your order as customer service will have to reach out to you for correct addresss confirmation. If an address is outdated or incorrect the shipper will typically return the package to our shipping facility. If this occurs we will attempt to contact you to obtain an updated correct address, in which case customer is responsible for an additional shipping fee.
• Carrier Does Not Deliver To Address: The United States Postal Service (USPS) will not deliver to certain addresses. If you have a P.O. Box shipping address it’s better to use it for delivery than to use a home address USPS doesn’t deliver to. By default, if an address has a P.O. Box delivery address it will be sent only via USPS.
• Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three attempts, the carrier will typically return the package to us.
• Package Refused by Recipient: If a recipient refuses a package for any reason they will be held liable for any and all shipping fees and charges to have the package abandoned or returned. If the package is returned it is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I Ship To P.O. Box or APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes. We only ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, as UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. If you don’t see a USPS shipping option while you are checking out in our shopping cart, please contact Help@BulletTrain.com for assistance.
Military Mail (APO/FPO) packages delivery time depends upon the destination of the letter or package. Packages sent First-Class Mail or Priority Mail take typically between 10 to 15 business days to be delivered. The United States Department of Defense requires all (APO/FPO) Military Mail packages to include the full name of the solider, as well as his/her unit, and the APO/FPO with a 9-digit zip code. All APO/ FPO addresses are required to have "AA," "AE" or "AP" listed where a state normally would be on an address label.
When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Fedex & UPS expidited options are available and calculated at checkout.
Note: All BulletTrain Returns require and MUST include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
All BulletTrain products are built-to-last, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return a product to us, please Contact BulletTrain Customer Support within 14 days of delivery, and we will assist you in facilitating the return by issuing an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
All returned merchandise must be returned undamaged, with all original packaging. We are unable to offer refunds after 14 days of confirmed order delivery, nor after warranty solutions are furnished to a customer (i.e. replacement). BulletTrain does not provide or reimburse return shipping, and ALL returns are subject to a flat 20% restocking fee.
All products containing Microsuction, which include the SAFE Wallet 8 Plus, MAGIC BULLET Remote for Apple TV, SAFE Wallet Mini, as well as the MagicStand are not returnable once the protective layer has been removed from the Microsuction.
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, Contact BulletTrain Customer Support before shipping anything.
All BulletTrain products ship with a 6 MONTH limited warranty unless otherwise stated, which begins on the original date of purchase (original sales receipt required). This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship ONLY. If the product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, BulletTrain will provide repair parts, or replace it with a product of equal or greater value at our discretion.
BulletTrain products are sold with the understanding the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of this product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, installation failures, accidental drops, improper use, abuse, modification, physical damage, being subjected to negligence, acts of God, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time. As an example, if you accidentally drop your SAFE Wallet and it breaks, that would NOT be covered under warranty.
The BulletTrain warranty is limited to BulletTrain products ONLY, and does not cover the repair cost or replacement of any electronic device, personal property or third party accessories. In other words, if you have your iPhone installed in a SAFE Wallet and you drop it and crack the iPhone screen and case structure, neither the SAFE Wallet nor iPhone would be covered under warranty.

If you have a warranty issue, please click on the 'Contact BulletTrain Support' link above, and include photos of the issue. If your warranty issue involves breakage, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from BulletTrain in order to send it back in for warranty evaluation.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to us, prepaid, via trackable method prior to the replacement being shipped, if it is determined the product was indeed covered under our warranty. If a BulletTrain product is replaced for you, the replacement will assume the remaining warranty from the original product.
If BulletTrain deems a warranty replacement appropriate it will be replaced with a product of equal or greater value at our discretion. The warranty holder will be responsible for paying an outbound shipping & handling fee of 20% of the purchase price for the free replacement unit.
