How do you attach the MagicStand to the iPad?

The MagicStand attaches easily with 2 (size medium) 3M Command Adhesive Strips. We include a second set with each MagicStand.

Removal Note: Remember to NEVER try to pry the MagicStand off the iPad. Only use the method shown in the video. If the Command Strip ever breaks while you are trying to remove it, you can easily use dental floss to remove it, although it is a rare occurrence.

Is it removable, and if so, how?

We include 2 sets of 3M Command Adhesive Strips with every MagicStand.  Simply pull the tabs on both strips and the MagicStand removes leaving not a single mark on the back of your iPad. (For best results, when pulling the tabs on the 3M Command Strips, pull parallel to the back of the iPad)

Will it fit both iPad 1 and iPad 2?

The BulletTrain MagicStand is a remarkable minimalist-masterpiece that works perfectly with the first generation iPad as well as the all-new iPad 2.

What is it made out of?

The MagicStand is manufactured out of durable anodized aluminum.  In fact, it is the same material that Apple uses to build the shell of the iPad.

What’s Included?

We can do this sort of tongue in cheek like this: What’s in the box? You get the magicstand with command strips already installed, we also include an extra set of command strips. Sadly, you’ll have to provide your own iPad or iPad 2.

Why Velcro?

With the MagicStand we wanted infinite adjustability with no limitations.  Velcro afforded us the ability to provide just that.

How do I track my shipment?

For orders within the continental US, BulletTrain ships via FedEx. You will receive your tracking information once your order has been processed. Visit FedEx Online Order Tracking to view the most up-to-date status of your order. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments with no additional shipping charges. International orders ship via the U.S. Postal Service, which may not provide tracking information. For more information about shipping or returns, please contact us.

What if I will not be available to receive my shipment?

Most orders delivered by FedEx or the United States Postal Service do not require a signature. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before returning your package to BulletTrain.

Do you offer a warranty?

The BulletTrain MagicStand comes with a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty excludes damage resulting from abuse, modification, accident, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a challenge with your BulletTrain MagicStand during your warranty period, contact us and we will repair or replace it for you.
