The all-new BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform was completely redesigned from the ground up. We took all the learning and insight we gained from the first two generations of the Aluminum BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform, and incorporated it into the all-new version. The all-new BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform is similar in many ways to the original, and at the same time, quite different.
The all-new BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform is made from glass-reinforced polycarbonate, which makes it almost 50% lighter. Also, the Apple keyboard is now flush with the wrist-wrest and the Apple Magic Trackpad is now countersunk by almost a quarter inch, below the wrist-wrest.
We include free standard shipping to all U.S. orders, which are typically sent via USPS, UPS or Fedex, and include tracking.
We charge a flat $30 fee for all international orders. We are working with distributors in Europe, Asia and Australia so in the future you will be able to buy the BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform locally.
Yes!!! If you follow the "Setting Up Your BulletTrain eXpress" instructions in the box, your keyboard will lay completely flat, and actually lock into place. The image below shows the instructions that come in the all-new BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform box.
Essentially, you need to press down firmly with your two thumbs on the Command keys, and at the same time, press on the back edge of the Apple keyboard (above the battery compartment), which will snap it firmly into the C-channel. Doing so will result in making certain the keyboard "locks" firmly in place. We are woking on a video that shows this installation process and will add it soon.

You get the BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform, which comes in a protective woven bag, that can be reused for protecting the BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform when you travel with it in your backpack, messenger bag, or briefcase. The Apple keyboard and Magic Trackpad are not included, and sold separately.

With the BulletTrain eXpress Keyboard Platform and a Mac Mini Media Center, you can not only watch YouTube, Hulu and Netflix, but you can do EVERYTHING you would normally do on a computer. This means you can send and recieve email. Check Twitter or Facebook. You can even work with pro applicaitons like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or imagine editing video in Final Cut Pro from the comfort of your couch. You get the idea.
